Ain Al Saqr application is an application affiliated with Ain Al Saqr Vehicle Transport Company dedicated only to drivers affiliated with Ain Al Saqr Vehicle Transport Company to receive vehicle transport requests, book them, manage booking and delivery operations, complete transportation operations, and any subsequent cases.

The application is operated by Ain Al Saqr Vehicle Transport Company. This agreement is a legal agreement between you (as a person) and Ain Al Saqr Vehicle Transport Company that governs your limited, non-exclusive, and terminable right to use the Ain Al Saqr Vehicle Transport Company application (the application) and all services provided by the company in it.

If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you should not request to create an account and you cannot use the service provided in our application. By using the application, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understood it, and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.

We may amend this agreement from time to time and your use of the site constitutes acceptance of the amended agreement, all terms of which are automatically effective at the time you use the service. General Terms:

1. The subscriber (driver) must be 18 years of age or older and an employee of Ain Al Saqr Vehicle Transport Company and authorized to work for it.
2. The purpose of the user in the application is to receive requests for transporting cars from the company only and not for any other purpose.
3. Your user must be created only by the administration and you will be provided with login data.
4. It is prohibited to enter a means of communication or contact number within the user name or personal data, and they must not be displayed to members as this data is for the administration only.
5. It is prohibited to use the application for any act that is criminalized by law in the country in which you are located, and you may not request assistance of any kind or provide login data to any party or any person not authorized to work in Ain Al Saqr Vehicle Transport Company.
6. The application is intended for commercial use for the business designated in Ain Al Saqr Vehicle Transport Company only and no other organization or companies have the right to use it.
7. Any driver or employee is entitled to have only one active account in the application, and the account is created by the administration only and not for the public.
